Gas Certificate
Gas appliances in
tenanted accommodation are required by law to be tested and
certified on an annual basis. This means that landlords are
responsible for ensuring that gas boilers are serviced annually in
accordance with manufacturers’ instructions by a CORGI registered
installer as well as having annual gas safety checks carried out on
them.
